Shipping Policy
Our orders are shipped by our logistics & courier partner, Trax, and we offer delivery all over Pakistan.
- Our standard shipping charges are Rs.250 nationwide.
- The estimated delivery time for orders within Lahore is 1-2 working days.
- The estimated delivery time for orders outside Lahore is 3-4 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
Currently, The Organic Line does not offer returns for a full refund.
However, we offer our customers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us:
- In its original packaging.
- The seal of each product is intact.
- The packaging of each product has not been tampered with.

Please state the reason for exchanging the item.
Send the item back to our logistics & courier partner, Trax, in its original sealed packaging to:
Trax Logistics & Courier, C956+P87, Youhanabad, Near 1122 Rescue, Lahore (Call before delivery)
We will send your chosen replacement to your address. You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible, as most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
